UPPER QUEEN ANNE REMODEL
This Upper Queen Anne remodel redefined spaces on the main and upper levels of a stately 1913 Georgian Revival-style house. A warmer feel was created by combining the owners’ traditional and modern tastes into a youthful yet sophisticated eclectic style. A service staircase, wall and fireplace were demolished to create an open area for the family room and dinning room, now adjacent to the kitchen. The new dinning room features a fireplace and unique wine racking. Upstairs, the master suite expanded into a neighboring bedroom allowing enough space for a walk-in dressing area and spa-like bathroom.  Great care was taken to match the new elements of the home to fit in seamlessly with its existing style.
